What is whey protein-

  5. Whey protein is used in so many things, even in baby formula 🤷🏻‍♀️ But for some reason for me to use this for dieting reasons, I can’t seem to choose the right one. Thanks for posting this, this helps so much in understanding how to choose the right one!
